Offsites your team will still talk about next year
Leadership retreats, company offsites and client trips in Scotland for groups of twelve to forty. Arranged end to end, so the person organising it gets to attend it.
The Actual Problem
You are running it and supposed to be in it
Whoever organises the offsite usually spends it on their phone, chasing a minibus and apologising about lunch. We take the logistics entirely, so you are in the room with everyone else.
Somewhere worth the flights
A house, hotel or estate taken for the group, chosen for what it is like to spend three days in rather than how it photographs.
Rooms that work for sessions
Meeting space that suits the way you actually run the day, with the technology checked in advance rather than discovered on the morning.
Arrivals in waves
People landing at different airports at different hours over two days. Transfers arranged so nobody is left working out trains with luggage.
Something they remember
Golf, whisky, the coast, a long table somewhere unexpected. The part people talk about afterwards, chosen to suit the group rather than the brochure.
The details that derail things
Dietary requirements, accessibility, the person who cannot eat before a flight, the two who need to leave early. Handled quietly and in advance.
One invoice
Everything on a single invoice with clear terms, rather than fourteen supplier receipts to reconcile when you get back.
Why Scotland
Not another conference hotel by an airport
- It is genuinely different
- Most offsites happen in a conference hotel near an airport. Very few happen somewhere people talk about for years. Scotland is a short hop from most of Europe and a direct flight from much of the US east coast.
- It works in the shoulder seasons
- September to November and January to March suit corporate groups well. Fewer visitors, better availability, and rates that compare favourably with the same standard elsewhere in Europe.
- The scale does the work
- You do not need to programme energy into a day that starts with that landscape outside the window. It changes how people talk to each other, which is usually the actual point of an offsite.
How It Runs
One point of contact, start to finish
You deal with the person building the trip, not an account manager passing messages along. We propose an outline within two working days of speaking, refine it with you, then handle every booking and confirmation. During the offsite itself we are reachable, and for larger groups we can be there in person.
Invoiced to the company on standard terms.
