How We Work With You
The terms, stated plainly
You have been pitched by enough ground operators to know which questions matter. Here are the answers before you have to ask.
15% commission
Paid on the trip value, built into the quote rather than taken off your client's experience. Net rates are available instead if you would rather set your own margin.
We never approach your clients
Not during the trip, not afterwards, not the following year. If one of your clients contacts us directly, we route them back to you. This is in writing in our agreement.
Rate integrity
We do not undercut you. A client who comes to us directly is not quoted less than they would be through you.
Same-day proposals
You get an outline the same day and a full costed itinerary within two working days. You are dealing with the person who builds the trip, not an account manager relaying messages.

Every itinerary is built from scratch for the client in front of us. There are no packages to slot people into and no set departure dates to work around.

- Edinburgh and Glasgow, including the parts visitors rarely find on their own.
